Our Design Process
Step 1: In-Home Consultation
We begin with a thoughtful, up to two-hour consultation in your home—an opportunity to understand your lifestyle, aesthetic preferences, and aspirations for the space.
Step 2: Scope of Works
Following our visit, you'll receive a clear and detailed proposal outlining the time required to curate your design, including selections for furniture, lighting, and decor. All fees are quoted upfront for complete transparency.
Step 3: Curated Mood Boards
We craft bespoke mood boards that reflect your personal style and the needs of your home, offering a visual guide to the recommended pieces and overall design direction.
Step 4: Procurement & Delivery
Once the design is approved, we coordinate the purchasing process—often securing 5–30% off retail pricing. From there, all that’s left is to enjoy as your new pieces begin to arrive.
How long it takes to design or decorate your place really depends on the size of the job and what you want. When we first meet, we’ll figure out a timeline that suits you and break it down into a few simple steps:
Concept Creation – We figure out the overall look and feel.
Design Development – Time to get into the fun stuff like colours, fabrics, furniture layouts, and any custom bits.
Design Documentation – We put all the details into a handy doc for you and your tradespeople and/or put together a Mood Board.
Order Management – Once you’re happy, we place the orders and organise delivery. Timing depends on what’s in stock.
Final Styling – When everything arrives, we come in and style it all to make your space look awesome. This part’s optional, but we love doing it!
